Fee Structure

A 1% fee is charged on subscriptions to trading strategies, along with a 2% performance fee, applied only to profits when you withdraw. This fee is distributed as follows:

• HPIL Stakers: 70% (0.7% of the collected amount)

• HPIL Team : 30% (0.3% of the collected amount)

The portion allocated to the HPIL team will be used for:

• Development: Ongoing development and maintenance of the platform, including new features, strategy improvements, and security updates.

• Buybacks: Purchasing HPIL tokens from the open market to potentially increase price and manage token supply.

• Burns: Permanently removing HPIL tokens from circulation to reduce overall supply and potentially increase scarcity.

Example

You deposit 1,000 USDC into the Bull Swing strategy.

1. Subscription Fee:

   • A 1% subscription fee is charged on your deposit: 1% of 1,000 USDC = 10 USDC

   • This fee is distributed to HPIL stakers.

   Your initial balance in the strategy is now 990 USDC.

2. Performance After 1 Month:

   • The strategy achieves a 26.4% gain in one month.

   • Your balance increases by 26.4% of 990 USDC = 261.36 USDC.

   • Total before fees: 990 + 261.36 = 1,251.36 USDC

3. Performance Fee:

   • A 2% performance fee is applied to the profits when you withdraw: 2% of 261.36 USDC = 5.23 USDC

   • This fee is distributed to HPIL stakers.

   After the performance fee is deducted, you receive: 1,251.36 - 5.23 = 1,246.13 USDC

A clear buyback and burn strategy will be communicated to the community.
