Welcome to the HPIL platform. By accessing and using the HPIL platform and engaging with the HPIL token, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the HPIL platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you may not access or use the HPIL platform.

2. Description of Services

HPIL provides an intelligent trading platform for the Hyperliquid ecosystem, offering automated trading strategies, real-time market insights, sentiment analysis, portfolio tracking, and community governance. These services are provided "as is" and without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied.

3. Token Utility and Risks

The HPIL token is a utility token within the HPIL ecosystem. HPIL tokens grant holders certain rights, including:

• Governance: Participation in the governance of the HPIL platform.

• Staking: Earning rewards by staking HPIL tokens.

• Platform Access: Accessing premium features or discounts on the HPIL platform.

• Risks: Holding and using cryptocurrency tokens, including HPIL, involves significant risks, including but not limited to: market volatility, loss of funds, smart contract vulnerabilities, regulatory changes, and the potential for the token to lose all value. You acknowledge and assume these risks.

4. Trading Strategies and Disclaimer

HPIL offers automated trading strategies. However, past performance is not indicative of future results. Trading cryptocurrency involves substantial risk, and you may lose some or all of your investment. HPIL does not provide financial advice, and you are solely responsible for your trading decisions. We do not guarantee the profitability of any trading strategy.

5. Fees

A 1% fee is charged on deposit in trading strategies, as well as when withdrawing if you made a profit. This fee is distributed as follows:

• HPIL Stakers: 70%

• HPIL Team: 30%

6. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your wallet and private keys.

• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations.

• Understanding the risks associated with cryptocurrency trading and participating in the HPIL ecosystem.

• Providing accurate information when using the HPIL platform.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Engage in any illegal or unethical activity.

• Attempt to manipulate the market price of HPIL.

• Interfere with the operation of the HPIL platform.

• Impersonate other users or misrepresent your identity.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the HPIL platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of HPIL and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimer of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HPIL, its team members, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the HPIL platform or the HPIL token.

10. Amendments

HPIL reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify you of any material changes. Your continued use of the HPIL platform following such notice constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
